We moved to Luzano approximately 3 weeks ago and all we have to say is that we are in love with our apartment and the Luzano Complex. We love the fact that there is plenty of parking right next to our apartment. Fred was always very kind and friendly. When he did the tour with us we were sure that Luzano would be the place where we would like to live. Kim also helped us through the process of applying and signing the contract which was very smooth and we had no problems at all. If you're looking for a peaceful and high-quality place to live, Luzano is the place. We would like to thank Fred and Kim for all their support.

Moved in 3 weeks ago and the process has been painless. Our apartment was in great condition and move in ready. They hired cleaners to come in leaving the place spotless for our move. Their maintenance crew ensured everything was in working order and when we did find a problem they were there within the hour to fix it. The biggest asset eterno has is their team in the front office. They are very responsive and do a great job keeping the residence happy. Attentive, polite, and friendly is the best way I can describe them. Fred and Kim personally helped us with our move and did an amazing job every step of the way! Great community and kept up nicely. Couldn’t be happier with our new home!

I went yesterday to tour an apartment, all I can say is that this is my dream apartment, and I cannot wait to move in (if accepted!). Kay toured us around, she was the best tour guide I’ve ever had. She explained what and where everything was, she even brought us to the unit on a golf cart and showed us all amenities Eterno has to offer. She was honestly the reason why I’ve made eterno my number one option. I really see myself living here, it was clean, everyone was absolutely amazing and super nice.

Living in Luzano has overall been an enjoyable experience. It has been a long time coming that I finally find a place that fits my needs. My apartment is on the corner of the 3rd floor which means high ceilings, extremely quiet (sound proof windows), I do not hear my neighbors ever, the neighbors on the right are on the opposite side of the column in the middle and I have none on the left since its a corner space. Everything in the unit is brand new which means no problems with appliances breaking down and easier to decorate in a minimalist modern style. There's lot's of unexpected storage. The balcony views directly on the lake are incredible for sunrises and sunsets, even during the rain you can sit there and not get wet.There is always parking, no matter what time you get home and it's first come first serve as long as you have your parking sticker. It's very easy to register guest cars online as well. There is 24 hour security. The pool looks like I just stepped into a resort, the gym is very convenient for my workouts in the morning before work, and our dog loves running around the dog park. The valet trash comes 5 nights a week so barely any need to go to the dumpster. I've put in a maintenance request twice for minimal things and both times they have come within 1 or 2 hours. The community hosts events like Sunday brunches at the pool, food truck nights, pizza nights, and movie nights at the pool. Highly recommend.

Frank from maintenance is in my opinion, the biggest asset this community has. My work schedule means that I am not home when the office is open so when things need to be fixed, it’s usually after hours or they need to come when I am not home. I had hot water heater issues, and although evidently this is technically not an emergency, Frank came out at 8 PM and reset breaker inside the hot water heater and waited to make sure I had hot water. When the fuse tripped again the next night (which I was warned could happen and meant that they needed to replace a part inside the heater), Instead of waiting until the next day to come and replace the part with a second person He came out after hours and provided me with a temporary solution So that I could take a hot shower. Today, on a Saturday while is on call, he came out for an unrelated issue again, and solved it for me. Not once did he express frustration or annoyance at coming out at 8pm. He is friendly, talkative, and he cares about people. He is dedicated to his job and when he tells me he is going to do something or follow up, he does. This isn’t just someone doing their job. He goes above and beyond every single time. My work schedule makes it hard for me to have convenient maintenance concerns and it can be challenging to find a convenient solution. Without fail, Frank comes through at inconvenient times/days and shows up at my door with a smile and good conversation. Whatever he gets paid I vote you double it, triple it, quadruple it, etc., because he deserves it. He is an asset to this community and I can’t thank him enough for always coming through for me!

Leasing Agent "Kim" is a dedicated individual on staff with a unique skillset. She has patience with an amazing personality combined with hospitality and professional experience. Her knowledge of what the community offers is very impressive. It was refreshing obtaining all the information we needed from her about the community and surrounding areas.
